Saturday Inspiration

Christine here with a new Saturday Inspiration for you.
Today's inspiration piece is a lovely tag. These can be used not only for giving gifts but adding as a centerpiece on a card. fFor this one I have used layers to give it more depth and also different types of card to add the finishing touches. The gold for instance on this tag makes the image pop and also the paper. So try playing with different cards and papers and see what you can come up with.
Have a Happy Easter and have fun Crafting xx

Winnie Ludvigsen
My name is Winnie and I live in Norway but I am originally from Denmark. I am 60 years old; soon to be 61. I have two sons aged 43 and 39 and 3 grandchildren aged 22, 17 and 16. I got into card making when an old friend introduced me to 3D decoupage in 2003. I got into rubber stamping a few years after that. I then discovered alcohol markers and digistamps in 2010 and I haven't looked back since. I really enjoy coloring all sorts of digistamps. My favourite is steampunk, so many of my cards are in that style; however I do love to experiment in any style.

Saturday Inspiration

Christine here with a new Saturday Inspiration for you.
Today I have had a play for the first time with Mixed Media. I saw this heart made from slate while I was out earlier this week and I thought it would make a great backdrop for the beautiful image that I had already coloured up.I have learnt that its great fun to go onto the wild side and try new things ,so why not let your imagination run wild too xx

Veronique Baadjou
My name is Veronique and I'm 36 years old and I live in The Netherlands with my husband, our 10 year old son and our dog named Odie. I started crafting as a kid with my mom and my grandma. They taught me how to knit and do embroidery. I started making Christmas cards with my mom.Later this evolved into making 3D cards. I stopped crafting when my son was born but started again 5 years ago when my husband lost his job; just to release some stress.I followed some courses and discovered stamping and colouring; and I remembered again why I loved crafting so much. My favourite mediums are; I really can't pick one. I love everything with colouring and paper, but I do use my pencils and markers a lot. I just started with copics and Iam loving it! The other  mediums I use are panpastels, distress ink, Inka gold watercolour markers etc. I'm what you might call a "crazy" colouring lady. My style is clean and simple because I don't like it when an image isn't the focus of the card.
